Precision Air Conditioning Tune-Up
Safety Inspections
Compressor: measure amperage + voltage for proper operation
Blower Motor: measure amperage + voltage & lubricate
Thermostat: test for proper operation, calibrate + level
Bearing: inspect for wear + lubricate
Refrigerant: check charge, levels, pressures, leaks, insulation
Condensate Drain: flush + treat with anti-algae
Safety Devices: inspect for proper operation
Service Valves: inspect for proper operation
Electrical Wiring: inspect for exposed + tighten connections
Electrical Disconnect Box: inspect for proper rating
Inspect & Test Capacitors + Contactors
Inspect & Clean Condenser Coil + Evaporator Coil
