Mark crawled over to our aging Lennox heater and initially proclaimed that there might be life with a new part. After some further diving into its innards he discovered a set screw that had loosened and proceeded to breathe life into the old guy. We should get a few more years out of it thanks to Mark’s knowledge and investigative skills.

We have been using Air-Tech for years to service and repair our HVAC. They are always prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Alec found a capacitor that needed to be replaced as well as regular maintenance. Great job!

Office staff can be difficult and they are the ONLY Fujitsu repair agency we could find in our area. The office said the repair man would be here at 9 AM so we went to breakfast beforehand, only to arrive home before 9 to find the repair man having cooled his heels for an hour or so. He was not happy. The repair man quickly realized that we did not need to replace the expensive compressor and cards, but only needed to install 2 very inexpensive sound isolators. Hooray! But we still were stuck by the office with a $515 service call bill. Very displeased over the bill. Very happy with the service tech discovering the REAL problem when others before him had not.

I have two Fujitsu Halcyon heat pump systems, and one kept losing Freon. Other repair techs just kept replacing the Freon, but never checked for leaks. Air-Tech techs drained the system, found the leaks, pressure checked it, and restored it to full Freon. Works perfectly now! Thank you for doing it right the first time!!
