I asked AirTech to install a new AC after talking to more than two dozen different companies - their price was good, they seemed well experienced and indeed they were able to complete the installation in a way that met all the municipal regulatory requirements. The AC has been working well for 2 years since. I also asked them to service an older AC at our business and they did a good job on that as well. They communicate well and the service people have all been professional, polite and competent. The price for service calls is a little higher, but it's reasonable I think for licensed trained technicians. It's difficult to find good reliable AC companies and i've been happy with these folks. They're conscientious and approach their work thoughtfully.

Amazing service.
Alec is super courteous. Uses worksocks. Calls ahead. Our AC unit is on the roof and Alec went above and beyond to help us out. He found the duct was not connected properly when installed by another company; resulting in a gutter leak. I was going to to call our gutter installer to to repair it. So Alec saved us time and money.
