Well done in the diagnosis and repair. Thanks to Alec for that. However, this repair should be free, since that unit ALWAYS had a dripping problem ever since it was installed. The repairs are things that should have been done properly in the first place when the unit was put in. About a year ago while we were still under warranty, your other guy could not figure out the problem. So we have not been using this unit very much since buying it. Often when we did use it water poured down the wall. (The other 2 wall units work great.) Please understand my ratings below in light of this information.

I've worked with a few a/c techs but none compare to Air Tech. They know their stuff and are very honest. I love the peace of mind that my a/c and heating equipment is being maintained 2x per year so I can be comfortable and avoid expensive repairs.
