I’ve used this company for 3 years (including semi-annual servicing) and will continue. The technician is on time, thorough, and polite (and he even puts on those paper shoe covers so he doesn’t track in dirt).

I’m always satisfied with the air tech technicians. They are always polite, friendly, and do the expected job.

Technician Pete M is professional, on-point, personable, and really REALLY knows his stuff. He was kind even to help me with information with a part that I needed to replace for the air-filter grill. My wife and I decided to pay the fee for the semi-annual maintenance/diagnostic service for the Heating-AC units because of Pete’s excellent repair work. It would be great if he could be the one to do the diagnostics since he knows our units. We do, however, know that Air-Tech is obviously quite well staffed with only technicians of the highest quality if Pete M is not available. This is totally fine with us both!
