Tech arrived on time - gave me a call and let me know he was coming. Tested all systems. Found that the cap 7.5 (whatever that is) needed to be changed. Fine. Got charged 67.50 for parts and labor. but I already pay $100 visit for call to check system. Had the unit open already - My opinion is that the labor should be included cause they had the unit open already - all he had to do was plug in part
