He explained everything to me without my having to ask and provided me with useful information and advice. We've had Mark come and do our routine maintenance. He's always on time, very friendly, and very thorough (and detail-oriented). Our Mitsubishi Mini-splits have worked really well, and the maintenance he does helps toward this.
