The technician was very thorough, checked all aspects of my heating unit out, did not seem rushed, explained everything to me, was careful about keeping my floor clean (wore booties) and was very pleasant. Thank you.

I explained the problem we had what I had all ready checked and Mark said lets check the filter. Problem fixed. ( I thought he tenant had replaced the filter so I had not checked it. I will not forget to check the filter next time.) Mark was on time, clean, clean proper work clothing,pleasant to talk with, and did not mind that I was looking over his shoulder checking everything he did. The office called and said they could move my appointment time earlier which was a big help thank you.
